Workshops are conducted in one day sessions, designed in retreat like fashion. We even serve lunch! Participant size is kept deliberately small to allow for individual attention while harnessing the productive dynamic that a group provides.

Strength-based Workshops give participants the tools to identify and bring forth their best selves. Built on the strengths profile developed by Marcus and Buckingham in their ground breaking “Now Discover Your Strengths" assessment, the workshops guide participants to identify their unique natural abilities. Designed to build on each person’s unique set of strengths, Rose reveals how our individual strengths allow us to show up as our best selves – most of the time.

Workshops can be conducted in full or half day sessions of fun with up to 15 or more participants. Preparation is minimal and simple. Participants are asked to take a short on line strengths profile prior to the workshop. Each learns not only how their results play into their own lives but understands how others operate differently in the same situations, and why.
Learn from each other’s experiences by digging into the strength profile results. Participate in drills that help with articulation and a deeper understanding of how others see the world and how we can work better on teams and in partnerships, both business and personal.
